Welcome to the Rose & Crown Trent
This picturesque rural Dorset gem dates back to the 14th century; the pub was built to house the spire workers of Saint Andrew's church opposite. Its rustic charm hosts original features of a thatched roof, beams, open fire places, flagstone floors and a large beer garden with rural views... it's truly an old-fashioned village local.
The food compliments the surroundings with quality local producers and suppliers. We offer traditional British food along with some of Chef's own creations and twists; this can be from a simple snack of Pork Crackling with Apple Sauce to our own version of "Chateau Briand".
